The name A&G Foundation stands for Access & Growth, two principles that I believe are essential for building stronger communities. Many people have the talent, determination, and vision to succeed, but what they often lack is access—access to opportunities, resources, mentorship, and pathways that allow them to move forward.
Access alone is not enough. Once people are given the opportunity, they need the support and environment that allows them to grow. Growth happens through education, workforce development, leadership, and community support. It is about helping individuals build skills, confidence, and the ability to create lasting change in their own lives and communities.
I chose Access & Growth because the mission of A&G Foundation is to open doors and help people walk through them with the tools they need to thrive. When access and growth come together, they create opportunity—not just for individuals, but for entire communities.
